Choosing a Photographer for your Wedding
Your wedding photographer may be one of the most important vendors you hire! Not only will you spend most of your wedding day with this person, you will be entrusting them to capture your wedding day in a way that will help you remember it for decades.
Decide first what is important to you. Do you prefer photos with contrast? Do you prefer crisp, vibrant colors? Do you like a more monochrome look? Or perhaps a soft romantic photo is what you want? Are candid photos important to you - seeing the expressions on peoples faces? Do you want pictures of your wedding shoes - are details important? Answering these questions will help you select a photographer with your “vibe.” Next, make sure they have experience. Look at their portfolio and read their testimonials.
Certainly you want to vibe with your photographer! But more importantly, you want to trust your photographer. Choosing someone with proven experience makes all the difference in a trusting vendor partnership. And don’t cut corners! Invest accordingly. Your photographer will provide you with images that will be your forever memories.
