Event Floral Design
The Botanical Box specializes in romantic, rustic, and garden-like fresh flower designs. Weddings are the focus of our business, however we service all types of events including wedding and baby showers, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvah’s, corporate events, and funerals. The Botanical Box focuses on details not just flowers. We take time to get to know our clients and work with them to bring all their ideas to life! Vintage + Eclectic Rentals
The Botanical Box offers a stunning array of hand-picked, vintage and eclectic rentals including arbors, chuppah, candle lighting and accessories. These rentals along with our just picked floral designs will help you create the event of your dreams.
Dried Preservation
The Botanical Box offers custom, naturally dried floral preservation for your wedding florals. We will create a beautiful keepsake that will last for year’s to come. We offer a $75 discount for Botanical Box wedding clients choosing to dry their personals with us.

The Botanical Box offers consultation services and hands on assistance in areas of organization, spacial planning & color/art selection.
Wedding Packages
The Botanical Box offers two types of wedding packages. Our full service option is for those looking for custom designs including arches/chuppahs, installations, styling & table-scapes. Our “botanical boxed” wedding option for those looking for personals and small centerpieces only.
Full Service Weddings:
Because we are a boutique floral studio and our priority is to maintain the artistic integrity of our work, we are only able to book a limited number of full-service weddings in the year. Reach out to us early to book your date!
Included in all of our Full Service Wedding Packages are:
Design options include: Floral installations, venue styling, table-scapes and custom wedding party personals
In-person or Zoom/Face-time consultation
Detailed written proposal including inspiration images, flower lists, package pricing and extensive notes
Unlimited Communication between booking and event day
Final review meeting, 3 - 5 weeks prior to your event
Optional (for fee) styling of a centerpieces
Pricing Notes for Full Service Floral Designs:
Investments for full-service weddings typically range in scale from $4,000 - $18,000+ dependent on the size and scope of your wedding. If you are seeking installation work (floral arbors, floral chandeliers, etc.) please note that these custom designs require a large amount of product as well as labor and will add substantial costs to your floral budget.
Please note the following policy changes effective for any events booked after October 15, 2024:
All full-service weddings/events outside of 45 miles from our studio (18934) will require a $5,000 minimum.
Full Service Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 30% down to book your event. Your second, 30% payment is due 90 days prior to your event. The final 40% payment is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
“Botanical Boxed” Weddings:
The “botanical boxed” wedding option is great for those DIY couples who want some help with their wedding party florals or for someone who is having a very small affair. The Botanical Box will style beautiful designs in your wedding colors that you can pick up (or have delivered) on your wedding day.
Options in the “Box” are:
Wedding Party Personals including: Bridal Bouquet, Bridesmaids bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Nose-gay Bouquets, Flower Girl Accessories, Ring Bearer Accessories

Please note: This package does not include any designs that require installation or set-up. This package is for pick up or simple drop off only.
“Botanical Boxed” Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 40% down to book your event. Your final, 60% payment is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
