The Botanical Box specializes in romantic, rustic, and garden-like fresh flower designs. Weddings are the focus of our business, however we service all types of events including wedding and baby showers, birthday parties, religious ceremonies, corporate events, and funerals. Vintage + Eclectic Rentals
The Botanical Box offers a stunning array of hand-picked, vintage and eclectic rentals including candle lighting and accessories. These rentals along with our just picked floral designs will help you create the romantic, rustic event of your dreams.

The Botanical Box offers consultation services and hands on assistance in areas of organization, spacial planning & color/art selection.
Wedding Pricing Structure
We are proud to have worked with clients of varying budgets. No matter the size of your budget, our goal is to help you create the event of your dreams. The Botanical Box offers a Full Service Option for Weddings and a “Botanical Boxed” Wedding option for those looking for personals and small centerpieces.
Full Service Weddings:
Because we are a boutique floral studio and our priority is to maintain the artistic integrity of our work, we are only able to book a limited number of weddings in the year.
Included in all of our Full Service Wedding Packages are:
Design options include: Floral installations, venue styling, table-scapes and custom wedding party personals
In-person or Zoom/Face-time consultation.
Detailed written proposal including inspiration images, flower lists, package pricing and extensive notes.
Unlimited Communication between booking and event day.
Final review meeting, 3 - 5 weeks prior to your event. This meeting includes an optional styling of a centerpiece or bouquet.
Pricing Notes for Full Service Floral Designs:
Investments for full-service weddings typically begin at $4,000 and range in scale dependent on the size and scope of your wedding. If you are seeking major installation work (full floral arbors, floral chandeliers, etc.) please note that these custom designs require a large amount of product as well as labor and will add substantial costs to your floral budget.
*If you are having a smaller event (100ppl or less) and are especially interested in working with The Botanical Box (perhaps you’ve been referred or have DIY’d much of your decor), don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to discuss options with you.
Please note the following policy changes effective for any events booked after June 1, 2021:
All full-service weddings/events outside of 30 miles from our studio will require a $4,000 minimum (pre fees/tax).
Full Service Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 30% down to book your event. Your second, 30% payment is due 90 days prior to your event. The final 40% payment is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
“Botanical Boxed” Weddings:
The “Botanical Boxed” Wedding option is great for those DIY couples who want some help with their wedding party florals or for someone who is having a very small affair. The Botanical Box will style beautiful designs in your wedding colors that you can pick up (or have delivered) on your wedding day.
Options in the “Box” are:
Wedding Party Personals including: Bridal Bouquet, Bridesmaids bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Nose-gay Bouquets, Flower Girl Accessories, Ring Bearer Accessories
Small Streamlined Centerpieces (Clear glass cylinder or Mason Jar options only)
Phone Consultation
“Botanical Boxed” Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 40% down to book your event. Your final, 60% payment is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
