The Botanical Box offers a stunning array of hand-picked, vintage and eclectic rentals including candle lighting and accessories. These rentals along with our just picked floral designs will help you create the romantic, rustic event of your dreams.
Event + DIY Styling
The Botanical Box will take all those gorgeous items you DIY'ed and all those decorations you've purchased on your own and we will style them for you on your big day.
Wedding Pricing Structure
We are proud to have worked with clients of varying budgets. No matter the size of your budget, our goal is to help you create the event of your dreams. The Botanical Box offers a Full Service Option for Weddings and a “Botanical Boxed” Wedding option for those looking for personals and small centerpieces.
Full Service Weddings:
Included in all of our Full Service Wedding Packages are:
Design options include: Floral instillations, venue styling, tablescapes and custom wedding party personals
1 hour in-person or Skype/Face-time consultation.
Detailed written proposal including inspiration images for all designs, flower lists, per item pricing and extensive notes.
Unlimited Communication between booking and event day.
30 minute review call or meeting, 2 months prior to your event.
1 hour final review + styling meeting, 3 - 5 weeks prior to your event. This meeting will include a styling (that you will be able to take home) of one of your floral designs (i.e. bouquet, centerpiece, hairpiece, etc.)
Pricing for Full Service Floral Designs:
Because e are a boutique floral studio and our priority is to maintain the artistic integrity of our work, we are only able to book a limited number of weddings in the year. We suggest a budget of $25pp for your floral budget, and require a $3,000 min. for most full service weddings*.
*If you have a smaller budget and are especially interested in working with The Botanical Box (perhaps you’ve been referred or have DIY’d much of your decor), don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to discuss options with you.
Full Service Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 30% down to book your event. Your second, 30% payment is due 60 days prior to your event. The final 40% payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
“Botanical Boxed” Weddings:
The “Botanical Boxed” Wedding option is great for those DIY couples who want some help with their wedding party florals or for someone who is having a very small affair. The Botanical Box will style beautiful designs in your wedding colors that you can pick up on your wedding day.
Options in the “Box” are:
Wedding Party Personals inclduing: Bridal Bouqet, Bridesmaids bouqets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Nose-gay Bouquets, Flower Girl Accessories, Ring Bearor Accessories, Wedding Party Hair Accessories
Small Streamlined Centerpieces (Clear glass cylinder or Mason Jar options only)
“Botanical Boxed” Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 40% down to book your event. Your fianl, 60% payment is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
Other Schedules and Fees
Rentals Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 50% down to reserve your items. Your final, 50% payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Styling & Hourly Fee: $125/hour (includes 2 stylists), two hour minimum. Additional persons needed for styling or hourly work will be charged at $50/hour.
Travel Fees: The Botanical Box will travel 60 miles from our Whitehouse Station studio and within NJ at no additional charge. However, some out of state travel expenses (such as tolls) will be added for events outside of NJ and all events over 60 miles will be charged a travel fee of $1 per mile above 60 miles. For travel outside of the NJ, NY, PA tri-state area, additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare or mileage/tolls, hotel stay up to 3 nights pending complexity, and car rentals. If travel arrangements are needed, they will be made by The Botanical Box, but with prior discussion with and consent of costs by client. Client will be billed directly for these additional expenses.
Floral Delivery/Set-up Fee: The Botanical Box charges a 10% Delivery/Set up fee for all floral events (ie. weddings/ corporate events).
Wedding/Event Location Drop Off Fee: The Botanical Box will deliver to two locations at no additional charge during the day of your event. Should you need to add an additional drop off location above two, The Botanical Box will charge a $25/per location drop off fee.
Rental Delivery & Pick-up Fees: Delivery charges start at a $50 minimum and are based on distance, size of your rental order, and any special requests you may have. Your Delivery Fee will be quoted with your proposal. Depending on your order and vehicle of transport, we will consider pick-ups and drop-offs from our in-home studio in Whitehouse Station, NJ. The minimum pick-up/coordination fee is $25 and will be quoted with your proposal.
Cleaning Fees: The Botanical Box charges a 10% maintenance/cleaning fee for all table-top, food service rental items. All items should be returned unwashed, but rinsed and free of any food particles. All chalkboard or write-on mirrors should be wiped clean before returning.
Sales Tax: The Botanical Box will collect 6.625% NJ tax on all orders.
